How to merge PDF files

Combine PDF files into one, in the order you want

A lot of applications ask for one PDF. Your scanned Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets, your ID proof and a photo, all in a single upload. If you've got them as separate PDFs, add them here, arrange them top to bottom the way the form expects, and merge. The new PDF has every page from every file, in that order.

Each file shows its page count and size, which helps you catch the wrong file before you send it. Nothing is changed inside the pages. They're copied across as they are.

Because the work happens on your device, very large jobs depend on how much memory it has. A few hundred MB in total is fine on most computers. If the merged file ends up too big for a portal, Compress PDF can usually bring it down.

Is there a limit on how many PDFs I can combine?

There's no fixed number. The real limit is your device's memory. A few hundred MB in total is fine on most computers, and phones can handle less.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

No, those aren't supported. Remove the password in your PDF reader first, then add the file here.
