Privacy Policy

Last updated:

Your images are processed directly in your browser.

They are not uploaded to our servers. We never see, store or share the images or documents you use with our tools.

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BundleFlow Image Compressor (“BundleFlow”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit www.bundleflow.in and use our free online image and PDF tools (together, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. What happens to my images?

All our tools work inside your web browser. When you select an image, PDF or Word file, your browser reads it from your device and processes it there. The finished file is created in your browser and saved straight to your device.

  • Your files are never uploaded to our servers.
  • We do not store, view, copy or share your files.
  • We have no file storage and no file database.
  • Downloaded images don't keep embedded camera details such as GPS location, so they are more private to share.

Your file stays in your browser's memory only while the page is open, and is cleared when you choose another file or close the page.

Background remover: the first time you use it, your browser downloads the AI model it needs and saves it for next time. Your photo is never sent anywhere.

3. What information do we collect?

Information you give us: You don't need an account, and we don't ask for your name, email address or phone number to use the Service. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically: Like almost every website, our servers and service providers may receive basic technical information when you visit, such as:

  • IP address and approximate location (country or city)
  • Browser type, device type and operating system
  • Pages visited, the website that referred you, and the date and time of your visit
  • How you use the site, such as which tool pages you open and how long you stay (through Google Analytics, see below)

This information does not include your images or their contents.

4. How do we use this information?

We use the limited information described above to:

  • Run the website and keep it secure
  • Understand how the site is used (for example, which tools are most popular), so we can improve it
  • Fix technical problems
  • Prevent abuse, spam and fraud
  • Reply to messages you send us
  • Meet our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Do you use cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Our image and PDF tools don't need cookies to work.

Website statistics: we use Google Analytics, a service from Google, to understand how visitors use the site, such as how many people visit and which pages they view. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your approximate location, device and browser, and the pages you visit. It never receives your images or files. We don't use Google Analytics for advertising, and advertising features are turned off.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, analytics cookies are off by default.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the tools will keep working. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

6. Do Not Track signals

Some browsers let you send a “Do Not Track” signal. We don't track you across other websites, and the Service works the same whether the signal is on or off. To stop website statistics, use the opt-out options in the cookies section above.

7. Do you share data with third parties?

We don't share your images with anyone, because we never receive them. We work with a few service providers to run the website:

  • Hosting: our hosting provider processes standard technical data to deliver pages to you.
  • File delivery: the background remover's AI files are delivered to your browser by public content delivery networks.
  • Website statistics: Google Analytics receives usage information as described in the cookies section. It never receives your images or files.
  • Legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our users and the Service.

These providers may process data in other countries. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards to protect it.

8. How long do you keep data?

  • Images: never stored by us.
  • Technical logs: kept by our hosting provider for a limited time for security and performance.
  • Website statistics: kept by Google Analytics for up to 14 months, then deleted.
  • Emails: kept only as long as needed to answer you.
  • Background remover files: saved in your own browser so the tool loads faster. You can remove them by clearing this site's data in your browser.

9. What rights do I have?

Depending on where you live (for example, under India's DPDP Act, the EU/UK GDPR or California law), you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy
  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Withdraw any consent you have given
  • Object to certain processing
  • Complain to a data protection authority

Because we don't have user accounts or store images, we usually hold little or no personal data about you. To make a request, email us at bundlebusiness12@gmail.com.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is not aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

Our website is served only over secure HTTPS connections. Because your images are processed on your own device and never sent to us, your photos stay under your control. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the Service.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we ever changed how images are handled so that they left your device, we would update this policy first.
