Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.bundleflow.in and the tools on it (the “Service”), run by BundleFlow (“we”, “us”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

BundleFlow Image Compressor offers free online tools to compress, crop and edit images, and to convert, merge, compress and edit PDF files. The tools run inside your web browser.

• You don't need an account, and there is nothing to pay.
• The image tools accept JPG, PNG and WebP. The PDF tools accept PDF and Word (.docx) files.
• Because processing happens on your device, speed depends on your device and browser.

Your files belong to you. We don't receive, store or claim any rights over the images or documents you use with our tools, because they never leave your device.

You are responsible for the images you edit and for how you use the results. Only use files that you own or have permission to use, and respect the privacy of anyone who appears in them.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break any law, or help anyone else break it
• Create fake, forged or misleading documents, ID photos or records
• Edit images in a way that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy
• Create content that harasses, threatens or exploits anyone
• Disrupt the website, overload it with automated requests, or try to gain unauthorised access to it
• Copy or resell the Service, or present it as your own

We work hard to give good results, but please check every file before you rely on it.

• Compression: some targets can't be reached without reducing quality or image size. When a target can't be met, the tool shows the closest size it reached.
• Cropping: presets such as Passport set the shape only. They don't check official photo rules like size, lighting or background, so confirm what your application requires.
• Background remover: it works best on photos of people, and the AI can make mistakes, especially around hair or busy backgrounds.
• Word to PDF: complex layouts and fonts that aren't on your device may not look exactly like they do in Word. Check the preview before you send the PDF.
• We aren't responsible if a website, form or organisation rejects a file made with our tools.
• Always keep a copy of your original files. Our tools never change the original file on your device.

We may add, change or remove tools and features, or pause the Service for maintenance, at any time and without notice. We aim to keep the Service available, but we can't promise it will always be online or free of errors.

The website's design, text, graphics, logo and the BundleFlow name belong to us and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.

Some features rely on open-source software and models, which are used under their own licences.

Our pages may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, services or privacy practices.

The Service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties of any kind, including that the Service will meet your needs, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BundleFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes lost data, rejected applications or missed deadlines.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the Service will be handled by the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
